That is how the Christmas song "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" starts off. Rudolph went down in history (as mentioned in the lyric) since he was (and still is, I believe) the one to guide Santa's sleigh, thanks to his shiny nose.
Apparently, this website is trying to dethrone the great Rudolph. It even claimed that Rudolph is the one suggesting to let everyone in the world to decide who should guide the sleigh.
(Ok, maybe I'm being sensitive to the issue of Rudolph not guiding the sleigh :P)
Just click on the link above, and cast your vote now. There's 10 reindeers to choose from. Alright alright, I know you've noticed. There should be only 9 reindeers pulling the sleigh. Yeah yeah, I know Olive is not among the 9.
So who's Olive? To tell you the truth, I'm not sure either. Some portray Olive as the orphan reindeer who helped Santa. There's even a version where Olive is portrayed as a dog, who faced some sort of identity confusion, thanks to a line from the same song above.

Don't you think "All of the other reindeer" sounds like "Olive the other reindeer"? That is why Olive the Dog went to the North Pole to help Santa when she heard that Blitzen is injured. She thinks she's a reindeer!
Either way, she's already in the list. However, if anyone of you knows who Olive really is, I'd appreciate it if you can share with me. :D
